起源
弊社は、1998年3月、黎明期であったEC関連事業の成長を見込み、東証一部（現在は東証プライム）上場物流企業グループSBSホールディングスのグループ会社として誕生いたしました。

初期の重点事業
当初は、カタログやダイレクトメールからの問い合わせを受け付けるコールセンター業務や通信販売における販売支援などのマーケティング業務を展開しており、このため、企業ロゴは電話線でマーケティングパートナーの「M」を表現しておりました。

Eコマースの可能性の探求
その秋、ダイレクトマーケティングのパイロット事業としてプレミアムドッグフードの通信販売を始めました。自らプレーヤーとなり通販事業を展開することで、マーケティングから物流まで一括して請け負うアウトソーシングの可能性を顧客の立場から検証することが目的で、この成果が現在の大手アパレルや化粧品、食品、製薬、健康機器などへの「eコマース」支援におけるフルフィルメントサービスへと結びついています。

プランニング事業
主力事業であります企業様のEC支援「プランニング事業」は、国内外プレミアムブランドを得意とし、Webマーケティングやネット通販にかかる構築・運用サービスに強みを持ち、ブランディング、サイト構築、システム構築のみならず、フルフィルメントサービスと呼ばれる運用、ささげ、決済、物流など、「eコマース」にかかる一連の業務を、SBSグループと連携し提供しております。

ペットウェルネス事業
一方、「ペットウエルネス事業」は、プレミアムペットフードのECサイト「POCHI ポチの幸せ」や「tama たまのおねだり」を自ら運営し、また近年はオリジナル商品の開発・販売に傾注し、ペットを子供のように思う健康志向の高いオーナー様から高い支持を得ております。

新たな章
2025年1月株式会社K2 Corporate Partners合併を機に更なる飛躍を決意し、創業以来使用していた企業ロゴを刷新しました。

当社のビジョン
弊社はベンチャー企業ではありますが、SBSグループの一員として、EC事業において高い専門性とコンピテンシーを発揮する「プロフェショナル集団」として、お客様から選ばれ感動を与える「Excitement!」な企業をめざしてまいります。

President's Message

Our Origins
Our company was founded in March 1998, driven by a vision to support the growth of the e-commerce industry during its nascent phase. We began as a group company of SBS Holdings, a logistics enterprise listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (currently the Prime Market).

Early Business Focus
At the outset, we focused on marketing services such as call center operations for inquiries from catalogs and direct mail, as well as sales support for mail-order businesses. As a reflection of this focus, our original corporate logo featured a telephone cord motif forming the letter “M” for “Marketing Partner.”

Exploring E-Commerce Potential
Later that year, we launched a pilot direct marketing initiative by introducing mail-order sales of premium dog food. By actively engaging in the mail-order business, we sought to evaluate the potential of integrated outsourcing—covering everything from marketing to logistics—from the customer’s perspective. This initiative laid the groundwork for the comprehensive fulfillment services we now provide to major clients across industries such as apparel, cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, and health equipment.

Planning Business
Our core business, the Planning Division, specializes in e-commerce support for corporate clients, with a particular strength in premium domestic and international brands. We offer a wide range of services including web marketing, e-commerce platform development and operation, branding, website and system construction, and fulfillment services such as product photography, payment processing, and logistics—all delivered in close collaboration with the SBS Group.

Pet Wellness Business
In addition, our Pet Wellness Division operates proprietary e-commerce platforms such as “POCHI – Pochi’s Delight” and “tama – tama’s purr,” offering premium pet food and wellness products. In recent years, we have focused on the development and sale of original products, earning strong support from health-conscious pet owners who treat their pets like family.

A New Chapter
In January 2025, we entered a new chapter in our corporate journey through a strategic merger with K2 Corporate Partners Inc.—a milestone in our determination to take further leaps forward. Alongside this transformation, we unveiled a new corporate logo for the first time since our founding
